FILMMAKER DIRECTOR

CHARLOTTE BERGLIN

Over the last ten years she has developed and worked on three very different documentary film projects. Charlotte started making film at a young age, and as a nineteen year old her first documentary was aired on National Swedish Television.

"I’m intrigued by topics like family dynamics, human behaviours, masculinity, as well as what it means to become older as a woman in today’s society with the labels and expectations that follows.

Over time I have come to realise that my storytelling is very personal. Also, it always has a poetic core and processing over time is crucial.

As you of course know, telling stories about peoples lives takes patience and curiosity. "




Charlotte also works part time as a filmteacher south of Gothenburg.

She also collaborate with other artists, makes musicvideos and company presentations.

Charlotte Berglin (1980) is a Swedish documentary filmmaker and she is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Charlotte is a highly personal storyteller and she also often becomes a part of the stories that she tells.

Charlotte is currently completing her first feature length documentary.
